• Manage end to end delivery of project. This includes defining the project scope, detailed project plan and seek stakeholder's agreement for sign off
• Prepare other administrative documents where relevant during project initiation e.g. Internal Memo, Budget application etc.
• Track project status to ensure delivery is on track
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders
• Prepare business requirement document and review functional specifications prepared by developers to ensure accuracy
• Draft UAT test plan, test cases and coordinate actual testing with users and vendor
• Ensure timely resolution of issues raised by users during testing
• Prepare for production release and support for existing reporting systems
Qualifications
• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology /Finance
• Proven working background in full SDLC, with strong proficiency in Microsoft technologies
• Business analysis/ Project management experience
• Experience in working closely with business users as well as the IT developers.
• Strong analytical, trouble shooting, problem solving and documentation skills
• Knowledge in MIS / Regulatory/ Financial Reporting System projects will be an added advantage
• Proactive personality and willing to rise up to challenges
The successful candidate will be managing the SDLC process of the development team in banking domain.
