Geller provides world–class finance, accounting and strategic outsourced solutions to CFO's and other senior–level financial decision makers.Financial Analyst – Corporate FPGeller & Company is seeking a Financial Analyst to support Corporate FP specifically within the areas of Consolidated Budgeting and Reporting for our Global Client. This is a dynamic role that will provide the candidate the opportunity to gain an understanding of all facets of Budgeting for our clients diverse businesses.Your Impact:Strategic planning, analysis, and reporting for the Consolidated 5–Year Planning process and including the understanding of the needs of the stakeholders and designing the presentation formats, timing, and approach for deliverables; guide the Corp FP "Operations Team" to generate the system reports, workflows, training materials, and calendar in response to your needs.Developing deep understanding certain assigned Businesses; Involved in operations, strategy, and financial results/projections and then combine with analysis and predictive modeling to formulate independent viewpoints and unique insightsCreating and nurturing trusted business advisor relationships with business unit finance teams by equipping them with data and reporting to drive business decisions and by identifying opportunities to help them reduce corporate–related and system–related workflow inefficienciesBeing a reliable source for time–sensitive analysis and financial needs of senior finance leadershipPartnering with members of the Management Reporting and Analysis team, Corporate Accounting, and CFO Teams on a variety of analyses and initiativesIdentifying opportunities to improve efficiency of processes and streamline presentation of dataProtecting sensitive financial data in accordance with Geller and our client's policies for our departmentWhat you'll offer:Working Experience approximately 4–7 yearsAccounting or Finance degreeSAP, Excel, and other system skills with an ability to creatively unlock technology to improve time management, financial insights, and support to the Corporate FP and business unit finance teamsProject management skills including the confidence to escalate in a timely fashion and an accountable culture/system of quality control and assuranceAbility to balance needs of diverse stakeholders and prioritize during times of competing client and internal interestsCourage to make timely decisions with reasonable amount of risk, even if all facts are not knownExecutive presence and ability to remain and appear calm under pressureEmotional intelligence by being aware of other's motivations/circumstances and mindful of how you and your actions are perceived by and impact othersAbility to manage ambiguity in times of uncertaintyInnate curiosityClient service mindsetStrong communication (written and verbal) and collaboration skillsWe'd love to see:Prior experience in corporate consolidations, analysis and reportingFinancial modeling experiencePrior experience creating reports in SAP/ BPC environmentWhy join Geller & Company?Opportunity to scale your experience beyond the scope of your role100% funded health, vision, and dental insurance401K plan with company matchGenerous PTO and paid holidaysPhilanthropic opportunitiesA wide variety of free and healthy snacks available all day in our cafDiscounted health club reimbursementWhat's next?If this sounds like you, apply today and Talent Acquisition will review your application and get in touch if there is match.Geller & Company is an equal opportunities employer.
