The client prefers CPA public auditing experience.This is a direct hire position located in the Roseville area. Very close toInterstate 80. After work, you can be in Lake Tahoe in 90 minutes!• $80,000 – $120,000 + Bonuses DOE and Performance• 100% Full Medical benefits covered (Gold Plan)Key Responsibilities• Responsible for the Accounting functions for multiple companies. This includes performing all day–to–day accounting operations of the business, from related F administrative tasks to presenting the monthly financial report• As the Company grows, the Controller will be responsible to develop and retain accounting staff• Provide executive management with advice on the financial implications of business activities• Lead and contribute to the implementation of the ERP systems to manage all finance related business process• Prepare annual Budget and regular forecasts in conjunction with leadership• Liaise with high level CPA firm on accounting and tax matters• Look to improve system efficiencies, internal control and business process in conjunction with leadershipRequired Experience and Skills:• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field are required• At least 7 years of experience in an accounting leadership role with strong technical accounting experience• Experience in using a widely recognized construction accounting package. Implementation experience is highly preferred• Ability to handle multi business setup with different business models• Strong people management experience• Ability to meet deadlines under pressure• Sound knowledge of the Microsoft Office application suite• Public accounting experience would be helpful to the success of this positionCompensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $80–120K/year
