Description

This is a newly created Taxation Manager position reporting directly to the Head of Taxation - Australia & New Zealand. You will be responsible for the end to end preparation of and lodgement of group's income tax return, including all necessary timetabling with both external and internal stakeholders. You will play an active role in contributing to a team-based environment, working closely with the Financial Controller and Chief Financial Officer. You will also be involved in other advisory related project work and provide solution orientated tax advice on a wide range of projects. A willingness and desire contribute to a wide range of differing divisions from a tax compliance & advisory perspective.

Profile

To be considered you must have strong Australian corporate tax technical expertise, CA Qualified preferably from a Big 4 background or CPA Qualified. A proven track record of preparing large consolidated income tax returns at a corporate level, preferably for several years. You will also possess strong stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders in a corporate environment.
