The qualified individual will lead the Singapore team, and be responsible for the maintenance and growth of private equity fund clients in the ASEAN market.
You must have proven leadership capability in leading the team, to guide the conversation, and be able to guide your Senior Fund Accountants and Accountants in completing their work and to be the final reviewer.
Ideally, thecandidate would hold strong hands-on fund administration experience with an in-depth understanding of operational & accounting requirements for private equity funds.
Supporting business on ad hoc reporting requirements. You would be playing a key role in setting up and taking-on of new client structures and participate in new business discussions with prospects and existing clients

- Responsible for a broad spectrum of managerial tasks, including supervision and guidance for the client service team, client and personnel management, as well as assisting the Regional Business Head in growing presence inthe local market.
- Managemultiple fund relationships, including supervision of various client service teams ensuring meeting of all client deliverables;
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of accounting, specifically with respect to alternative investment funds, with a focus on private equity funds

Qualification/ Skillset required:
- Bachelor or Master level degree in accounting
- At least 10 years relevant experience working in fund administration, fund accounting, with at least 5 years in team management role, and with focus on alternative investment funds
- Knowledge of IFS and/ or US GAAP
- Knowledge and prior experience on Investran system a plus
- Experience in reviewing and preparing financial statements
- Very strong organizational skills, attention to details
- Strong communication skills, ability to deliver message in a very professional, timely and concise manner both internally and externally
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to multi-task
