This position is responsible for a high level of financial analysis and review, and encompasses the compilation, budgeting, forecasting and reporting of Site Compensation. The position provides assistance with both Oracle EPM & Oracle Project Financial Planning administration, as well as Month-End close. The position also assists with Acquisition and System Integration related General Accounting activities.

The position involves the performance and documentation of GSC's Risk and Control Matrix as well as the review of documentation prepared by the control owners to evidence effectiveness of review controls. The position also involves the review of documentation supporting the completeness and accuracy of key financial reports. The position is accountable for the coordination, reconciliation and completion of the balancing of ledgers for transmitted financial information and Audit and Tax reporting packages.

This position will be required to participate in financial month-end and year-end close, including balance sheet reconciliations and to execute the continuous improvement of processes and reporting through Transactional Lean initiatives. The position also participates in Special Projects as required.

Basic Qualifications:



• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited institution is required


• MBA from an accredited institution or other certifications are preferred



• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial and accounting analysis

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship


• Comprehensive knowledge of Access, Business Objects, Excel and Oracle EPM (formerly Hyperion Enterprise)

• Broad knowledge of accounting/financial practices
