Job Description
Our client near Fairfield, NJ is looking for a Finance Director to join their team! In this Finance Director role, the Finance Director will be have responsibilities including but not limited to:
-Creation of Dashboard Reports that summarize key metrics and compares them to KPIs
-Maintenance of a weekly cash-flow schedule that contemplates global macro events with day to day concerns, including seasonality.
-Prepare the Consolidated Financial Statements in multiple iterations, analyze, and present findings to Ownership Team.
-Maintain relationships with the Insurance/Accounting/Legal providers, keeping abreast of all company events, and advising the proper stakeholders as their involvement in decision making is necessary.
-Review/Compose/Adjust multiple contract types as necessary, work with stakeholders to ensure information in the contracts is correct, communicate out as needed.
Skills and experience required for this Finance Director role include:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Must have at least three years is an e-commerce company with at least $40M in E-commerce derived revenues and sold at least 1.5M units across at least 600 SKUs.
- Experience in either e-Commerce, Wholesale, or Retail industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
