This role focuses on leading the TTS business globally with presence in over 100 countries, successfully develop and execute the future vision, strategy and plans for sustaining the growth of the TTS franchise over the next decade and managing the business on a day-to-day basis. As a senior lead and contact for Citi's key clients; the incumbent will be responsible for partnering with and taking a leadership role with ICG management, Citi franchise management across the globe and TTS Global Executive Committee supervising business functions including Product Management, Sales, Implementations, and Operations.
The TTS Head is responsible for the ultimate direction and delivery of TTS products and services, ensuring that all aspects of TTS's activities generate optimal returns commensurate with the best interest of shareholders, customers, employees and the public, underpinned by the highest standards of risk management and governance. Managing operational risk and related controls is a critical part of the role, as is the delivery of results with adherence to stringent regulatory, risk and controls, against all legal and compliance requirements and with the highest level of ethical standards.

Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading the TTS business transformation and driving execution against our strategy, goals and objectives and to promote operational excellence, profitability and growth as an organization, within a strong control environment.
- Build a strong connectivity internally with other businesses and effectively compete with traditional global banks and non-bank transactional service providers through superior client propositions and innovative solutions.
- Develop client centric mindset and accelerate the digital strategy to create superior client experiences
- Ensuring expansion of market and client wallet share and a broadening of the product solutions in line with TTS global strategy
- Deliver superior products and services to our clients by ensuring our end to end processes, operations, and technology are world class
- Ensuring focus on effective Risk Management and Controls, Governance and Regulatory Compliance
- Provide leadership to the TTS team in advancing relevance, advice, insights and solutions to the client-base and in execution of the client experience initiatives to drive the 'Be the Best for our Clients' vision.
- Drive an effective talent strategy, ensuring appropriately skilled and experienced individuals are in place for critical roles, developing the next generation of leadership in product, country and functional roles, and making progress towards Citi's gender representation and diversity goals.
- Promote an inclusive and ethical culture, engaging employees in the strategy and the highest standards of conduct that underpin it.
- Ensure that the business operates in accordance with local regulations, applicable U.S. regulations, and Citi policies.
Qualifications:
- An accomplished Business Manager who has proven track record of successfully managing a large and complex business and has the ability and drive to motivate business and team performance.
- An experienced manager in leading transformation change
- Exceptional strategic planning and analytical skills; ability to execute on the business vision
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to influence and build consensus on strategy and implementation actions. Strong teamwork and relationship building skills
- Strong and demonstrated leadership skills managing a senior and diverse team with the ability to motivate and influence; foster innovation.
- Strong track record on developing and nurturing client relations. Experience in lead-managing key clients. Excellent client interaction skills especially with large global organizations with multiple wallets in multiple locations.
- Ability to work with multiple organizations and stakeholders, including Senior Management
- Ability and experience to represent TTS and Citi at important external forums and with investors.
