The Role

Do you enjoy a fast-paced environment where every day is different? In this dynamic role you will manage the Payroll department in a variety of compliance and processing activities. You will be responsible for team management, manual coding, data entry, pay distribution, process analysis and improvement and providing statements to various departments. There will also be a payroll system implementation to be completed. Your extraordinary time management skills will be one of your best assets, and your ability to communicate effectively with both the internal team and outside customers will really let you shine.

Your Skills & Experience
  • Outstanding payroll supervisory experience spanning at least 3+ years with a large corporation.
  • High volume payroll with manual coding of timesheets
  • Remarkable attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of Awards and EBAs
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written and listening).
  • Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to easily learn new systems.
  • Reporting writing ability
  • Experience in building strong and positive relationships

You are a self-starter with a thirst for knowledge, who is comfortable managing teams and being accountable. Your time management skills are extraordinary, and you have an exceptional eye for detail. Your creative flair allows you to offer innovative suggestions to improve payroll processes, and you relish the challenge of learning new systems and sharing your know-how with junior colleagues.
