Finance & Logistic Manager, Pak Punjab Cardex Medical Systems

We are hiring for a Finance & Logistic Manager at a National Distributor of well-reputed Multi-National Companies in Medical Device Industry.

Job Description:

Finance JD

• Developing Infrastructure of Accurate Accounting
• Managing cash flow of distribution operations.
• Streamlining recoveries and collection practices
• Import and Distribution Financials Management
• Enhancing Business Performance and Profitability
• Budgeting & Performance Analysis

Logistic JD

• Under the supervision of Management controls all Logistic activities. Perform several duties aimed at ensuring that the operation of a Logistic runs smoothly on a daily basis. Control the flow of incoming and outgoing of supply to ensure customers receive products on time.
• Coordinate and monitor all supply chain operations. Managing and providing consistency in carrying out the goals and objectives of the Logistic function; determines need for corrective actions on addressing matters outside normal operating procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor and report on transportation costs.
• Take the lead role in planning, costing and allocating routes and vehicles ensuring sufficient flexibility in place to meet the varying and changing needs.
• Ensuring transport staffs deliver the service appropriate to the changing needs of customers in line with relevant guidance and individual risk assessments.
• Devise and use fruitful sourcing strategies. Discover low-price third-party transport service companies and initiate business. Also negotiate with other transport service companies to secure advantageous terms, assure lowest total cost, best quality and service are met.
• Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness. Foresee alterations in the comparative negotiating ability of venders.
• Analyze the financial impact of logistics changes, routing, shipping modes etc.

Requirement:

Masters, Minimum 10 years experience, Experience in Distribution Operations preferred, Experience in Healthcare Industry, Proficient in English, Locally Based, Experience in Government Contracts, Experience in Import Financing.

Education: Masters

Degree Title: MBA / M.Com / Equivalent

Career Level: Experienced Professional
