    • About the job

    You will be performing regulatory transformation and regulatory compliance projects for AIFMs, AIFs, and service providers to the Alternative Investment Industry (e.g. Depositaries, Fund Administrators, etc.). You will be reviewing and determining sustainable operating models for AIFMs and their service providers. You will be reviewing and optimizing internal processes and controls, acting as a project manager and providing coaching to team members.

    You are an effective communicator able to interact with all levels of the organization. At lease with tight deadlines, you are organized and flexible. You are able to manage a team and to act as a team player.

    To qualify for the role you must have
  • At least 3-5 years of work experience within Regulatory Advisory, Compliance or similar roles ideally at an Asset Servicing company, an AIFM or another Consulting firm, with exposure to Alternative Investments
  • Strong knowledge of key regulation e.g. AIFMD, CSSF 18/697 and 18/698, UCITS IV and V, MiFID etc.
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in English

    • Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Fluency in French and/or German, with any other language being an advantage
