Web: | Facebook: | Twitter: DescriptionPosition Summary We're searching for a Senior Financial Analyst who can partner with various business units (BU's) within Publicis Health (PH) network to support them to optimize their processes and their use of the financial system. In addition, this role will assist the Associate Finance Director by helping all business units to report financial figures accurately and efficiently in timely manner along with meaningful analyses. The candidate will interact with diverse internal Department Heads (HQ management, agencies) and external constituents (Shared Service Center, Groupe and Corporate, etc.) This position will be exposed to full financial reporting areas including client finance and financial planning & analysis while having opportunities to expand one's expertise in the financial module of SAP. Tasks and responsibilities include: Assist with building and maintaining reporting tools for the BU's including (but not limited to) project tracking, utilization, P and the balance sheetAssist with the automation of various processes by utilizing different tools offered within and outside of SAPAct as a subject matter expert (SME) for various SAP functionalities and provide different types of trainings according to the audienceTroubleshoot SAP issues reported by business units and partner with different parties who support with the resolution of these issues to ensure issues are resolved in timely mannerPromote a sound control environment by monitoring the access management of BU'sContribute to the development of policies, procedures and best practices as necessaryBeing able to jump in and help PH BU's across many tasks requiring good amount of knowledge across closing process, client finance, financial planning, and SAPDevelop an ability to provide consultancies to business units in order to support them with an optimization of financial / business operations from various aspectsSuggest ideas for process improvements and lead some of the projectsComplete additional special projects as needed on an ad hoc basisQualificationsTo qualify, you'll need: 4 years of college education (Finance, Accounting or Economics degree preferred)1–3 years of experience in Finance or Accounting, including familiarity with SAP or comparable financial ERP systemStrong attention to detail, have a desire to learn and be a fast learnerAdvanced Excel skills and understanding of basic accounting principles basic proficiency of other MS Office programsAbility to communicate / partner with various people at different levels effectivelyExperience with SAP preferred but not requiredAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
