Job Requirements : 
  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate (LCCI / ACCA) / Diploma / Degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent.
  • Required skills: MS Excel & Basic of Financial Analysis.
  • Knowledge : Full Set Accounting or Audit knowladge.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Sungai Petani.
  • 2 Full Time position available (1-Full Set Accounts ; 1-Tax Related)
1.Full Set Accounts (Key Responsibilities)
a) Accounts Receivable
b) Accounts Payable
c)Others such as :
-To reconcile the bank statement and all the payment gateway.-To reconcile and update the journal of the monthly fixed asset depreciation, accrual and prepayment.
-To reconcile the Interco company transaction every month end.
d) Financial Analysis

2. Tax Related (Key Responsibilities) 
a) Handler Income Tax Issue (10%)
  • Tax computation, Tax Planning, Tax audit. Witholding Tax,
  • Follow recent update on Income Tax Act, compliance to avoid Tax panalty.
b) Handler Customs Issue (60%)
  • Applying Sales Tax Examption. ( C1, C3 & C5 )
  • Prepare Quarterly report of C1, C3 & C5.
  • Other related application & reporting ( Schedule A, Item 55 ), yearly report.
  • Servies Tax, Import Duty & etc.
  • Preparation of SST-02 return.
  • Follow recent update on Customs Act, compliance to avoid Tax panalty.
c) Treasury / banking related task (10%)
  • Financing, Repayment & submission of management report for Bank review.

d) Other Ad hoc task (20%)
  • The superior may assign other responsibilities and authorities within capability from time to time.
