Essential Functions:
Responsible forinbound phone inquiries, primarily dealing with either:
Member benefitsand eligibility related to the HMO, EPO/PPO, Medicare and Medicaid, CHP and FHPproduct lines or
Providerbenefits, eligibility, PEP and claim status, member pharmacy calls, utilizingprior approval skills (ACP/DME and CCD) and placing outbound calls on a routinebasis.
Resolve issueswith respect to benefits and eligibility by researching documentation, systeminformation or gaining knowledge from other employees, management ordepartments.
Interact withcustomers, document call specifics and demonstrate quality program behaviors tocreate an outstanding relationship with each caller.
Skills,Experience and Education requirement:
High SchoolDiploma
1 year of Phonebased customer service experience
6 months ofexperience in the healthcare domain
