Well Known MNC-BU Controller

This role is an individual contributer. Covering BU APAC controlling business. Directly report to Regional CFO, need to in charge of Group Reporting.

Description

* Lead and direct the preparation of timely and accurate financial and management reports, including

o monthly closing (P&L and Balance Sheets) in accordance to Group Accounting
procedures

o forecasts (monthly, quarterly, annual)

* Review and develop procedures and processes across the BU to improve overall

productivity and efficiency.

* Support the implementation of a BU wide ERP systems.

* Support the strategic planning of the BU to ensure a financial strategy is in place and is aligned with the overall BU vision, business objectives and BA's.

Profile

- University degree. Major in Business administration, Economics, Financial management; Master degree is preferred.
- Good business acumen and exposure to business topics;
- Good data analysis skills and be capable to bring insights;
- Strong communication skills & teamwork;
- Ability to work under pressure and continued passion to drive for the excellence result;
- Ability to lead a team of Finance managers within Asia Pacific region
