What you'll be doing...
The Payroll Compliance Auditor is an entry level position for which we will provide complete training from the ground up. Upon successful completion of training, you may be asked to perform field audits, which may require day and/or overnight travel, to audit payroll records and ensure that contributions have been paid according to contract. Analysis and data entry constitute a significant portion of the daily assignments of this position and require you to determine best practices for completion of your work.
We are targeting an early December start date for this position.

- Conduct field audits, including review and analysis of payroll records to ensure compliance with agreements/contracts
- Complete data entry and document errors/omissions using audit software
- Write a summary report for each audit
- Communicate audit results to employers
Who you are...
- Educated. Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree with related work experience (note: this is an entry level position - not for CPAs)
- Organized. Strong organizational skills and the ability to utilize time management and multitask in a fast-paced work environment
- Communicator. Excellent verbal, written and professional interpersonal communication skills
- Team Player. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and as a productive and contributing member of a project team
- Detailed. Strong attention to detail with the ability to read and interpret contracts and plan documents
- Technically Savvy. Experience with Word and Excel (including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables)
- Travel-wise. Excellent driving record and ability to travel
