The ITSM Tools Experience Assurance Professional is responsible for the overall user experience of the Nokia IT Service Management Tool service
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the final product has all the features defined in the original specification
- Ensure that they are done in a way that provides a good user experience
- Works with application developers and project stakeholders
Key Competencies:
- Hands on experience with ServiceNow and service management (ITIL in general) within client environments

Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field from recognized university
