What You'll Do:
As a Finance Analyst in EMEAR-CENTRAL Theater you will be responsible for driving profitable growth across selected Central countries.
You will be the business partner to a Country & Cluster GMs, providing them with a guidance, relevant support and helping them to conduct the business with an insight.
You will be in charge of managing the financial and operational aspects of the business in an assigned territory.
In order to be successful, you'll need to execute on your FP&A skills and combine them with negotiating & influencing to steer the business into a desired direction that aligns with Cisco's strategy.
Additionally, you need to have a strong commercial focus and be agile to embrace the change, which is the only constant in Cisco!

Who You Are:
Our minimum requirements for this role:
- BA/MA in finance, business administration, or related field, with 5+ years of related experience
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to partner with, support and influence an executive team
- Prior FP&A experience highly appreciated
- Technology savvy, able to work with multiple systems
- Capable of turning complexity into simplicity
- Comfortable to work in a fast-paced, matrix-driven environment
