Role Description:
As a Business Analyst/Scrum Master, this position will contribute towards development of the applications for in the mining domain. This role will interface with client and elicit technical requirements and manage implementation using Agile methodologies.

Role Description:
As a Business Analyst/Scrum Master, this position will contribute towards development of the applications for in the mining domain. This role will interface with client and elicit technical requirements and manage implementation using Agile methodologies.
Skills /Competencies(Essential):
- At least 6 years of experience with Information Technology and 2 years of experience in the Resources/Mining domains
- Strong client facing skills
- Strong understanding of mining operations as well the technologies currently used in mining (at least 3-5 years)
- Ability to facilitate a team to consensus on scope, design decisions and implementation decisions
- Ability to create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
- Experience defining software requirements for complex products
- Ability to understand complex technical concepts and present them in simple terms to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent knowledge of Agile principles
- Experience in planning and coordinating sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
- Experience of working with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
- Ability to coach team members in Agile frameworks
- Skills to facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
- Ability to work in a global delivery model
- Graduation/Post-Graduation/MBA/ MS/MTech/Mining/Geoscience/Processing/Metallurgy/Software or related area from reputed institutes
- Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline
