Your new role
Reporting directly into the FC the role is a leader role for the construction business -
- Lead role in preparation of month end, qtr end, half year and year end financial reporting requirements
- Preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Cashflow reporting
- In depth analysis on results and performance of construction projects
- Supervise support staff in conjunction with the FC
- Finance Business partner to MD, CFO and Project Managers
- Process improvement projects
What you'll need to succeed
- 5 years + in the construction industry
- CPA/CA qualified
- Broad background in financial, management accounting
- Ability to effectively stakeholder engage with MD, CFO and PM's
- Team player, hard worker, excellent communication skills
- Take ownership of this role
- Clear career path to finance manager level
- Great leadership
