Who we are looking for:

An experienced professional who will oversee Structure Finance - Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs) and fund transactions to ensure that deals are in compliance with deal documents which include Waterfall Payment.

Actively collaborate with the stakeholders, Deal- Collateral Manager and External Auditors to ensure seamless service and accurate and timely delivery of information.

Interact and escalate issue with the Boston team on a daily basis to address and resolve issues.

As an Associate 2 within STA - is responsible for ensuring the daily operation of structured finance trusts are reviewed and disseminated within defined guidelines. Job duties include the development of skills in the areas of deal processing, compliance testing and data analytics and reconciliation.

What you will be responsible for:

As Associate 2 – you will:

  • Responsible for processing of CLO Deals
  • Developing strong relationships with the Boston team by producing high quality work and leading the daily process development calls.
  • Monitoring daily report completion and dissemination within specified SLA.
  • Comply with internal procedures and specified deadlines

  • Education & Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA in Finance/ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience with a focus in Accounting, Finance, Technical or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2.5 + years of related experience in Structure Finance, Financial Modelling, Waterfall Payment, knowledge in WSO (Wall Street Office) is required.
  • Strong oral and written communications skills
  • Strong MS Excel skills
  • Candidate must be detail oriented and able to work both independently and in group setting.
  • Ability to work in a deadline oriented group with peak period workflow
