The opportunity:

Participation in international business functions transformation projects, including initiatives related to the design and implementation of the Shared Services Centre (SSC) model.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Supporting large transformation / transition programs of EY clients as a core team member
  • Planning, and co-managing knowledge transfer for various business processes, mostly related to Finance & Accounting and HR; playing a subject matter expert role
  • Participating and coordinating client workshops
  • Providing business analysis
  • Supporting process optimization initiatives
  • Participating in working capital improvement projects

  • Ability to work in international teams
  • Readiness to travel extensively abroad for business purposes
  • English language proficiency

    • Your background:

  • Master degree (preferably in business and economics fields)
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in GBS environment (SSC or BPO)
  • Experience in business functions transformation / optimization projects for international organizations including projects related to planning, design and migration to the SSC model (minimum 3 years of experience)
  • Subject matter expertise in one or more of business processes incl. Finance & Accounting (AP, AR, GL), HR, Procurement

    • Ideally, you’ll also have:

  • Knowledge of German language (B2+)
  • SAP and / or Oracle ERP environment knowledge
  • Certificates and professional qualifications: PMP, LEAN/SixSigma, ACCA, CIME GBS etc
