Page Personnel are recruiting an Assistant Accountant for a well performing, long standing business with an excellent reputation based in Bradford.
Description
As an Assistant Accountant, you will be reporting in to a qualified accountant, responsible for assisting with the production of the monthly management accounts pack.
Duties will include, however are not limited to, possting month end journals, balance sheet reconciliations, weekly cash flow forecasting, preparing quarterly VAR returns and bank reconciliations.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a bright assistant accountant looking for a move in to a well performing business in a varied month end role.
Profile
The successful candidate will:
- Be studying towards ACCA/CIMA/ACA
- Have worked in a relevant role previously
- Have strong Excel skills
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills
Job Offer
£23,000 - £25,000 + full ACCA/CIMA/AAT study support + free onsite parking + pension scheme + 21 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) + 9am-5pm working hours + excellent development opportunities
