The primarylocations for this role are New Brunswick, NJ and Skillman, NJ. Ourportfolio ranges across several distinct business units: Skin Care, Baby Care,Oral Care, Wound Care, and OTC products.Reporting to the Finance Director,Consumer Supply Chain Productivity and Network Strategy, this role will haveresponsibility for leading the financial strategy and performance analysis of amulti– year global strategic transformational Consumer Supply ChainProductivity project. The project initiatives covered are complex in nature andrequire proactive partnership and leadership at the enterprise and regionallevel. This role will have 1 SFA reporting to it. MajorResponsibilities:Financial leadership for strategic transformation projectsPartner with various Supply Chain teams to establish processes and procedures, coordinate/consolidate forecasts and actual results, provide appropriate accounting guidance.Develop and implement investment, savings and resource tracking for key initiatives (in total and by region) Coordinate the Strategic Plan and LRFP processes related to strategic productivity and lead Reviews with Project Leaders and Consumer Supply Chain PMO.Ad hoc strategic projects in partnership with the Finance Director –ProductivityThis role is an excellentopportunity to develop and refine strong business partnering and strategicthinking skills!QualificationsA minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required, preferably with a major in Accounting or Finance.An MBA and advanced certification, CPA or CMA is preferred.A minimum of 5 years of professional finance experience with strong technical finance and accounting skills is required.Previous management experience is preferredExperience in Supply Chain Finance preferredExcellent communications skills, both orally and in writing are required, as there will be frequent interactions with senior leadership.Must be proactive, analytical, and comfortable with ambiguity.Possess the ability to simplify and articulate significant complexity to frame project financial status.Must be comfortable creating new processes and procedures.The ability to partner and work across cultural and time zone differences is requiredAbility to educate project teams on financial issues and concepts will be required.Ability to influence business agenda without direct line of authority in a matrixed environment and partner with senior level management is requiredThe primary locations for this role are New Brunswick, NJand Skillman, NJ.
