Position Overview: The Global Tools & Storage (GTS) division of SBD, which drives $10B of the total $14B business, is currently seeking a Director, Finance Home Depot to join the North America Commercial Finance team with the responsibility for providing financial leadership and decision support to the Home Depot sales team. The Director, Finance Home Depot will report directly to the VP, Finance Retail and collaborate with the Home Depot sales leaders and field sales team to develop and execute and achieve overall sales and company goals.Who We're Looking For: We are seeking a finance professional with a strategic mindset based on a strong operational background. This person should demonstrate the ability to develop and provide insightful, value–added analysis across the company. They will also have a proven track record of accessing, hiring, retaining, and mentoring financial talent.Responsibilities: Provide decision support, corporate reporting and insight to Ecommerce sales leadersManage customer and/or channel sales annual OP and budgeting processDeliver reporting to ensure visibility to upcoming contracts, value and investment ROISales transformation tracking, tied to PManage customer sales monthly/quarterly business review processIdentify topline growth, margin and efficiency opportunitiesPerform Ad–hoc analytics and financial decision supportCreate consistent reporting package for Ecommerce sales teamQualifications: Bachelor's Degree in accounting, Finance or related discipline. MBA Degree or CPA, preferred10 years of progressive finance experience, experience working for consumer goods preferred.Previous experience managing and developing a finance teamBroad knowledge and understanding of accounting principles, practices and procedures.Leadership and management skills with a proven track record of building, leading and managing through changeHigh business acumen and increased collaboration with both functional and business leadersA highly effective communicator with strong analytical, interpersonal skills
