MAIN PURPOSE:
Global Quality Assurance had planned to implement the next phase of the eQMS to include the audit module. With this being on hold, a departmental SharePoint site needs to be developed to manage audits and interface with TrackWise. We require support with activities for this project.
To develop a process and system for tracking and managing Global QA audits under the direction of the Global Quality Governance Director.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:

To develop a process and system for tracking and managing Global QA audits under the direction of the Global Quality Governance Director.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Gain hands on experience on those processes needed for audit tracking ensuring they are established, implemented and maintained.
- Opportunity to implement changes to Norgines' audit tracking and management process.
- Develop effective training and design training tools related to audit tracking.
- Produce reports on the performance of the audit processes highlighting any need for improvement using KPIs.
- Support specific Quality governance projects as required.
RELATIONSHIPS:
- Close collaboration with Global Quality, IT and cross-functional teams depending on the nature and stage of the projects.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
- Develop an overview of the pharmaceutical industry and drug development process.
- Develop an understanding of Quality Management and insight into the corporate working environment.
Requirements
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
- Science or computer science graduate or currently undertaking a course.
- Interest in Quality Audit and the Pharmaceutical Industry.
- Good organisational, communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in SharePoint and ability to learn new applications.
- Ability to solve problems and critically analyse proposed solutions.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and deliver against milestones in a fast paced environment.
- The job holder will be expected to comply with Norgine policies and procedures and local regulations as appropriate.
