- Manage operation of accounting team on accounting process.
- Developing process improvements to enhance the speed and accuracy, financial model and analyze to support strategic initiative
- Manage all aspects of the month end close process, including the review of journal entries and preparation of the financial reporting package
- Preparing Company financial reports
- Overseeing tax compliance
- analyzing the company's financial strengths and weaknesses and proposing corrective actions for the company
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Accounting related field
- At least 3-5 years of working experience in Managing Accounting team
- Experience in team management in F&B industry is a must
- Willing to work 5.5 days
