Within the Corporate Controllership organization, the Legal Entity Accounting (LEA) team, in part, participates in periodical senior executive meetings where significant, unusual transactions are reviewed and approved. The financial analyst filling this open position will be involved in providing accounting input on proposed transactions and executing them in a timely manner and in accordance with US GAAP.

Responsibilities:

• Participates in the preparation of accounting instructions for significant unusual transactions
• Researches accounting guidelines and advises on US GAAP accounting treatment
• Ensures the significant unusual transactions have been accounted for correctly in ERPs
• Prepares monthly/ quarterly reporting

Requirements:

• Working knowledge of US GAAPs
• Prior experience in using SAP and/or Oracle ERP would be an asset
• Fluent in English
• Developed communication skills
• Advanced Excel skills
• Analysis skills
• Ability to act flexibly/ adapt to changes in processes and work in multicultural teams and conditions
