Description
One of the fast growing investor, operator and provider of renewable solutions in the region, the team comprise experienced veterans that are highly reputable in the industry. With available sources of funding, the Company is active in Southeast Asia, with activities ranging from planning, financing, through to operations and solutions. In its continuous drive to expand its footprint, there is now a rare opportunity for a Head of Finance to lead the team based in Singapore.
Reporting to the CEO, the Head of Finance will play a leadership role in the areas of finance, accounting, reporting, compliances and controls, taxation and people management matters. The Head of Finance will be the go-to person for all financing, M&A deal structuring support, and will also front day to day operational support matters to the business and operations in the region.
The successful candidate will a qualified chartered accountant, with an excellent degree in a finance/ accounting discipline. You will also have 12-15 years' of proven finance leadership experience, ideally in the related industries of renewables. As this is a team management role within Asia Pacific, you will have proven team management experience across the various locations. You will also possess the drive, credibility to influence senior stakeholders especially those in operations and the business. You will also possess excellent communications and multi-stakeholder management as this is critical to the success of the role.
