The main responsibilities for the position are Mergers and Acquisitions Analyze M opportunities and partner with CFO and PE investors on analyzing financials Understanding key drivers of revenues and expenses; identifying the most important Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure and evaluate performance of M and divestiture opportunities Manage pre due diligence aspects of the M process Corporate Strategy Special projects at the discretion of the CEO & chief growth officer focused on strategy and growth with direct exposure to the CEO Provide insights on market & competitor activity and present them to the executive leadership team Investor Relations Partner with the CFO and manage key investor relationships with PE investors and BoD Develop a robust investor relations framework and liaison between investors and the internal FP team at emids Provide thought leadership to the finance teams based on bench–marking across the industry Professional Experience and Qualifications 10+ years of experience with at least 3 in Investor Relations & corp development. The successful candidate will bring healthcare technology or IT professional services knowledge and experience, demonstrating a true understanding of the market. Excellent communications skills –verbal & written. Ability to understand the bigger picture and translate into tactics. Demonstrated ability to assess market, client needs and develop strategic recommendations. Natural ability to work across the matrix and across global teams. An extremely high level of energy and sense of urgency. Executive poise and presence to partner with the executive leadership team. Speed, intensity, and passion to win. Education A Bachelor's Degree is required. Advanced degree or MBA preferred.
