Your Future TeamAIG's Global Corporate Real Estate Group (GCRE) is responsible for managing the full life cycle (lease transactions, workplace planning, design and construction and facilities management) for the workplace that AIG employees occupy across all line of businesses worldwide. The analytics group sits within the GCRE organization and is responsible for the financial modeling and business case development of AIG's corporate real estate initiatives.Your Contribution Preparation of financial models for domestic and international real estate transactions (lease renewals, office relocation, consolidations, purchases and sale of buildings)Creation of strategic presentations highlighting various alternatives to help drive the decision making processDevelopment of Business Cases for senior management in support of AIG global corporate real estate transactions Coordination with other members of the GCRE team (Transactions, Project Management, Design and Planning) and external real estate service providers on real estate projectsSupport in efforts to improve real estate processes, including ensuring adherence to policies and procedures established by the Real Estate and Finance organizationsPreparation of management and ad–hoc reportsWhat we are looking forIdeal candidates will have 3 or more years of professional experience in a financial analysis–oriented role with Corporate Real Estate experience.Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or economicsKnowledge of corporate real estate, including project management, transaction structuring and understanding lease documentsStrong Excel and PowerPoint skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsGood organizational and quantitative skillsTeam oriented with an ability to work in a cross functional environmentCustomer service mentalityStrong organizational and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of Tririga and Tableau are preferred, but not requiredIt has been and will continue to be the policy of American International Group, Inc., its subsidiaries and affiliates to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
