Your Skills Are Needed To:
- Review current processes and identifying efficiencies.
- Provide daily transaction reports and complete postings
- Full A-Z responsibility for the Accounting department - AP, AR, Payroll, Reconciliations, Bringing books to trial balance, , Completing Tax forms
- Automating manual processes
- Working with COO and CEO to identify new tools and system processes to implement
To Be Successful In This Role:
You will be proactive, extremely detail oriented, positive, outside of the box thinker, adaptable, highly ambitious and autonomous, and someone who loves to have fun.
Requirements:
- Quickbooks experience and Excel - Highly desirable
- CPA - Nice to have
- Strong communicator
- Excellent problem solver and solution finder
- Highly autonomous - being able to work independently. Only Accountant in the office
- Highly adaptable and open to change
- Able to work in fast paced environment with high ambiguity
Compensation:
- Up to $65,000 - $70,000 per annum
