- Previous experience as a Business Analyst or Analyst Manager, either at a consultancy or commerce business
- Great at delving into the details, as well as being able to think about the bigger picture and confidently discuss creative ideas, tech and user experience, as conversion rates
- Knowledge of the Scrum (Agile) development process
- Experience with monolithic, layered and microservice architectures
- Interest in honing processes, and evaluating new tools
- Organised and a collaborator with ability to mentor to junior analysts
- Understanding of intergration delivery and design
- Experience of design and implementation of market-leading packages in:
