Atleast 7+ years of experience in payments industry

Industry formats (ISO 20022, Swift (Msg series 1xx, 2xx, 9xx at minimum), CPA, X9 etc)

In-depth knowledge in Cheques, Real time payments, Immediate payments, Low value payments, and Direct Debits

Deep understanding and hands-on experience in payments schemes like TCH-ACH, RTP, Target 2, Sepa, Nps, chips, Chaps etc)

Hands on experience in any of the major payments processing systems like GPP, IPSH, Voca link, ACI, SIA etc

Gather business requirements, business process flows in designing and preparing new systems/solutions.

Ensure requirements have NFRs and take into account the technical constraints of the platform

Break down requirements into epics and user stories and work closely with all - stakeholders to define acceptance criteria

Assist with quality assurance testing

Collect client feedback from User Acceptance Testing and document issues for the development team

Ability to create SQL with minimal direction for data retrieval from relational database

Experience with JIRA, Confluence

An experienced consulting professional who has an understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. May act as the team lead on projects. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and configures detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.

5-7 years of experience relevant to this position including 2 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
