Qualifications
Who You'll Work With You will join our analytics team in Poznan that is part of our global Pricing & Arrangement team. You will support global firm leadership, regional finance leadership and office finance colleagues. You will be in regular contact with various finance stakeholders, building relationships based on mutual trust.
What You'll Do You will review documentation for commercial and financial terms, prepare regular reports and recommendations and provide ad hoc analyses.
In this role, you will maintain internal databases and perform data consistency checks. You will be in regular contact with various finance stakeholders, building relationships based on mutual trust and trying to understand their needs.
Depending on your individual skills and preferences, you will also be engaged in various projects focused on improving and automating existing processes or designing new analyses, reports and processes.

- University degree, preferably in finance/accounting or business administration
- Excellent verbal and written language skills in English (C1 or equivalent)
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs especially Excel
- Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau and Alteryx is a plus
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
- Distinct quality mindset, attention to detail and timeliness in delivering on commitments
- Ability to work and stay focused under pressure; manage urgent tasks against tight deadlines
- Confidence in communicating with various levels of authority throughout the business
- Good understanding of contractual and commercial aspects of projects
- Experience in project management is a plus
