I am currently representing a multi- site retail business based near Droitwich, who are looking to recruit for a Financial Controller reporting directly to the Finance Director. This role has been newly created so can be moulded around a candidate and their skill set. This role will have two direct reports reporting into you and involve managing the team.
This role will give you the chance to implement new systems, procedures and really make a different to a small finance function. They also have a planned system upgrade booked in for next year so you will also partner with IT to implement the newest version of software to improve the department.
Ideally you will have:
Experience of managing small teams
System experience within navision and improving systems and processes
Advanced excel skills
An out going personality that is open to change and challenges
