Job Responsibilities
- Candidates must having knowledge in process of the RMG sector.
- Have to Collect & maintain sales contract documents & maintain database.
- Have to Collect & maintain data of pre-costing & post costing from merchandising.
- Check, verify & monitor PI with pre-costing to control BTB LC.
- Calculate Style/PO/ wise Fabric/Garment's costing.
- Order wise Raw Material Consumption analysis.
- Retain data for submission of order closing report to management.
- Planning, study, and collect data to determine costs of business activity such as raw material purchases, inventory and labor.
- Analyze Variance by comparing standard cost to actual material costs to control price and quantity of the material.
- Preparation of Master Budget and Monthly report about the variation if any.
- Follow up Stock valuation and physical verification of stock and reconciliation between financial stock records and factory stock ledger.
- Both the Style Wise and the Unit Wise have to calculate the CM.
- Prepared reports periodically by applying in-depth knowledge on accounting methods.
- Have To check and verify all sorts of requisition, delivery challan, bill, voucher etc.
- Checking and verification of cash and credit bills.
- To prepare audit findings report with necessary analysis and comparison.
- To Check attendance, overtime, lunch allowance, night allowance, refreshment allowance of permanent, casual staff and also daily labour bill.
- To maintain proper documentation system for future reference.
- Have to Perform day to day audit of the financial activities Identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Maintaining The Report Of Procurement, Accounts, Inventory, Finished Goods.
- Ensures auditing salary sheet , wages sheet , increment sheet , workers recruitment sheet verification.
- Checking and verification of attendance, wages, Earn Leave, & Maternity Leave benefits, festival bonus & Monitoring payroll of the group.
- Have to Ensures monthly/half-yearly , yearly factory inventory (Yarn , accessories , dyes& chemical , electrical & mechanical , indirect materials , work-in- process , knitting , dyeing , printing , cutting , sewing Etc
- Tally.ERP Software Observation.
- Good Communication skill.
