Our client in the agriculture industry is seeking for a Business Analyst to support their expansion plan.

This role supports the senior management and the Corporate Development team in financial analysis, M&A and strategic initiative

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Providing feasible studies on new business plan and M&A activities such as financial modelling, valuation, and due diligence
  • Full P&L analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Providing performance analysis, market trend analysis
  • Business partnering with various departments
  • Involved in process improvement and identifying control gaps

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Accounting or Business degree/Chartered Accountant
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience background in finance
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior big 4 experience background would be an added advantage
  • Willing to travel
