Salary: $2800 max

5 days work week

Location: Suntec / Home

Job Scope:

Request for supplier codes for new supplier and change of supplier details

Create AP invoice in ERP and key-in invoice details

Review and post AP invoice in IMOS (for current voyages)

Key in old voyages AP invoice (supplier invoices, port disbursements) into IMOS

Create Payment in ERP and process payment

Arrange payment via bank portal for urgent payments

Perform application of Hub agent funding to local agents (where applicable)

Perform reconciliation from AP to Ledger

Assist in bank reconciliation from AP to CM

Clear exceptions listed in Subledger close report

Perform intercompany balance reconciliation

Prepare Supplier (incl/g Port agent) aging to follow up with Postfixture / Operation

Assist GL in reconciliation between IMOS and Oracle

Reconcile to Suppliers' statement of accounts

Attend to audit requirements and tax queries

Ad hoc tasks as required
