Selling F&I Business Manager Required for Spirit Ford Ltd

We are currently seeking to recruit a Selling F&I Business Manager. This is a demanding role and will require a candidate with excellent communication skills, strong numerical ability and an eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• To sell vehicles, Finance & insurance solutions and service packages to customers thereby ensuring an efficient and profitable contribution to the group

• Must be efficient in selling add-on products like Paint Protection, Gap and extended warranty.

• Be familiar with Finance referral process

• Meeting and exceeding Finance targets on continuous basis.

• Present features and benefits of the different finance products to the customer

• Ensure all documentation, quotes, proposals etc are completed and processed accurately.

• Keep fully up to date with product knowledge on the full suite of finance products available.

• Through the effective use of a follow up process, maintain regular contact with all new and existing customers to ensure that relationships are maintained for potential repeat business.

• Develop and maintain full product knowledge of all products, accessories, prices and key features of major competitors.

• To participate in planning sales/finance campaigns and promotions to maximise sales.

Key Competencies:
• Must be able to work on own initiative
• Driven and ambitious in meeting targets on a monthly basis
• Strong communication skills - with customers and internally
• Full clean Irish Driver's licence
• Minimum 2 years' experience in the financial services/motor industries

•Needs to be very computer literate, ideally have experience using Kerridge.
•CPD Qualified an advantage but not a requirement as training will be provided.
