Junior Business Analyst

A Government organisation based in Parramatta is looking for a Junior Business Analyst to work across new digital platforms

Your new role
As an experienced Junior Business Analyst, you will be working under the guidance of the Senior Business Analyst and Business Architect and will be responsible for analysis and requirement gathering for Projects within the department. Your specific deliverables will include;

• Working with the Senior BA to document user requirements using various techniques which include, but not limited to interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys and workflow analysis.
• Prepare system and user acceptance test plans and scripts and work with the Test Manager to ensure delivery of quality systems that meet the organisations business requirements
• Review and analyse business processes, applying techniques and process models

What you'll need to succeed

• Work experience within a customer facing environment
• Ability to understand customer expectations and respond appropriately
• Recent Graduate or 1-2 years experiences as a Junior BA within a technical/IT field is highly desirable
• Experience in analysing business problems and conducting high level gap analysis and identifying root causes

What you'll get in return
Initial 6-month contract which will extend- up to $360 + Super dependent on experience - Parramatta location
