Description
The Rent Accountant will be responsible for the following duties
- Maintaining the Rent Ledger
- Reviewing Service Charge actuals.
- Posting accruals and prepayments
- Balance Sheet reconciliations
- Supporting year end accounts
Profile
The successful Rent Accountant will have experience of Rent Accounting and ideally be studying towards ACCA/CIMA
Job Offer
A salary of between £35,000 and £40,000 plus benefits, a bonus and the chance of progression.
