About the TeamProgram Evolution is changing and evolving the way State Trustees does business to meet a COVID normal environment, leveraging new and different ways of working. You will be part of a small start-up team that is working on five key projects across the organisation.
About the RoleYou will work closely with the business and technical experts to help identify business problems, processes and solutions that align with the overall strategy, delivering a better customer experience.
As an effective communicator, you will play a key role in being an active listener, provide consultative advice to the business and use your technical and process expertise to identify opportunities in order to improve current process and procedures across the organisation.
Skills & Experience required
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience
- Extensive experience working as a Business Analyst in business improvement projects
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Excellent analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills
- Strong skills in process mapping and business process reengineering
- Experience developing business requirements and business case development
- Experience developing instructional and procedural documentation and presentations
- Exposure to and knowledge of the preparation of project documentation
- High level of competence with MS Office, MS Visio & MS Project
- Excellent oral and written communication skills Desirable:
- Project Management experience (in both IT and non-IT related projects)
- Agile Project Management Methodology
