Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust has a vacancy for a full time Management Accountant at the John Radcliffe Hospital. This is a great opportunity if you are looking to develop your accountancy career within the NHS.

The post holder will provide a professional, responsive and high profile financial management service to the Foundation Trust and be part of the Medicine, Rehabilitation and Cardiac Divisional finance team responsible for the production of monthly management accounts. They will also provide support in the production and processing of transactions through the general ledger, transaction analysis and variance analysis to budget.

The post holder must be working towards a professional level accountancy qualification and ideally, but not essential, have previous experience of working in the NHS. The post holder will also have a working knowledge of finance systems, specifically general ledger, sales ledger, Excel and other Microsoft packages and have excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills and be able to work flexibly in their approach in the finance team.
