FP&A Manager - Insurance

Superb opportunity to join rapidly expanding PE Backed Insurance business in a newly created FP&A Role, taking the function to the next level.

Our exclusive client is a rapidly growing, Private Equity backed Insurance business with locations across the country, and finance in London and Kent.

They offer good flexibility on location, but are looking to recruit the highest calibre of accountants to join the team, as they build a world class, market leading finance function.

Description

As FP&A Manager you will work closely with the CFO and Group Financial Controller, assuming responsibility for the FP&A function.

You will take ownership of and run the financial planning for the group, which will include consolidating the local (acquired companies) business plans, and bringing them together.

The majority of corporate planning is done centrally, so the FP&A Manager will be required to partner closely with regional businesses and senior management.

Profile

The ideal candidate for the FP&A Manager role will be

• Very commercial and driven
• An Excellent business partner
• Have a background in FP&A
• Fully qualified - most likely ACA from a highly rated accountancy practice (yet other suitable experience will be considered)

The FP&A Manager will enjoy a competitive salary of up to £75,000 depending on experience, plus other benefits including pension, salary sacrifice scheme, group income protection, Death in service.
