Assistant Accountant/ Accountant

Accountant role which involves regional month end closing and consolidation reporting as well as planning and analysing of the group result.

Key responsibilities:

Manage monthly closing process, including preparation of financial reports and related schedules on a timely basis

• Assist in ensuring timely and accurate month end closing of other regional subsidiaries;

• Assist in monthly consolidated financial management reports and analysis;

• Assist in monthly forecasts and budgeting for presentation to management

• Liaise with external auditor, company secretary and outsourced overseas accounting firm;

• Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or professional accounting qualification

• Able to work independently and as a team and meticulous at work

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Microsoft Excel

• Good command of English

• 2 to 3 years of working experience in the related field, experience in consolidation will be advantageous

• Light travelling may be required (10%)
