Our client is a leading industrials player, poised for aggressive growth in the region. Due to talent movements, there is now an exciting opportunity for a high caliber finance professional to join them as they embark on an exciting journey of growth - both organically and inorganically.
Responsibilities
Reporting remotely to the SEA General Manager and dotted line to functional VP Finance, APAC, you will provide financial and strategic business counsel to country management, including the statutory accounting and reporting responsibilities, management of planning cycles, championing best practices and internal controls/process improvements and leading special projects as and when required. Whilst this is fundamentally a strategic planning and analysis role, you will also provide full suite finance support towards working capital management (including treasury and funding), group taxation, audits and other business requests.
Requirements
You are degree qualified and have a minimum of 15 years relevant commercial experience, preferably gained in Industrials/Engineering based businesses. You have deep commercial finance business partnering experience on a layer of a strong Accounting foundation. Strategic and hands on, you have partnered the senior leadership team in leading organizational growth. You thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment and work well both independently as well as in a team. A strong people manager, you are an effective communicator and an inspiring leader.
