This is a temporary Assistant Accountant position based in Maidenhead paying £32k. This role is covering maternity leave.

This temporary Assistant Accountant position is working for a growing organisation based in Maidenhead.

Description

This temporary Assistant Accountant position based in Maidenhead, will involve the following responsibilities:

• Support during month- end process; posting journals, accruals, prepayments, bank entries, bank reconciliation.

• Balance sheets reconciliations

• Intrastat submission

• VAT returns

• Review expenditure and highlight any cost savings

• Accounts payable

• Credit control support

• Audit support

• Preparing shipping documents and liaising with shipping agents regarding import clearance

• Management of all UK third party warehouses

• Stock transfers between the different warehouses

• Stock level reconciliation

• Support the customer service team with processing orders, customer queries and complaints

Profile

The successful candidate for this temporary Assistant Accountant position based in Maidenhead, will need to have the following skills:
