Well established IT Software business in Milton Keynes are on the lookout for an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their team.

Client Details

We are partnering with a well established IT Software business based in Milton Keynes. Implementation of a new system across the Finance function has created the need for another hear within the Accounts Receivable department.


Accounts Receivable Clerk Responsibilities:

  • Preparing financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts receivable
  • Completing supplier and bank reconciliations
  • Processing journals
  • Completing financial reports on a regular basis and providing information to the finance team
  • Managing company ledgers
  • Assisting with VAT returns
  • Assisting Credit Control procedures
  • Processing expenses
  • Resolving queries as required
  • Assisting the AR Manager on an ad-hoc basis


Accounts Receivable Clerk Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Capable of working using own initiative to anticipate and resolve invoicing issues
  • Accuracy and excellent attention to detail
  • Locally based to Milton Keynes with your own transport
  • Strong Excel skills to include pivot tables and VLookups
  • Flexible team player
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a busy environment to strict deadlines
