Internship Training Opportunities at SLAASMB

For ACCA students preparing for professional level examinations

The SLAASMB is the state regulatory and supervisory authority responsible for monitoring compliance with Accounting and Auditing Standards by Specified Business Enterprises (SBEs) and their Auditors in terms of the provisions of the Sri Lanka Accounting and Auditing Standards Act. 

SLAASMB has training opportunities for students preparing for professional level examination of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) to work closely with a team of Chartered Accountants well versed in Accounting and Auditing Standards and their application, in performing the regulatory activities. The training on Accounting and Auditing Standards and its application will provide a firm foundation for students preparing for professional level examinations.

Students who wish to undergo such training should satisfy the following eligible criteria.

• Qualifications: Following the Professional level of ACCA
• Communication: Well versed in verbal and written communication skills
• Age:Not be less than 22 years.

The suitable interns will be engaged for a period of 6 months to 1 year and will receive a monthly allowance during the internship period.
